- 5-piece modified Shaker door with traditional mortise and tenon construction. Standard 2 ¼” frame with overlapping applied inside molding, equalling 2 9/16” overall. Frame reveal is 1 13/16”. Other frame sizes available.
- 13/16” thick, solid material stile & rail frame adhered and pinned at all frame joints.
- Inside profile is a decorative applied step bead molding (¾”), while standard outside profile is our D-edge (⅛” radius). Other outside edge profiles offered without a premium.
- Hardwood doors have a ½” thick solid laminated wood flat center panel (reverse raised) with ¼” w-groove spaced 1 3/16” apart (1 ½” center to center). Paint on Maple door styles have a ½” thick MDF center panel for optimal performance with 1/4” w-groove spaced 1 3/16” apart (1 ½” center to center).
