13/16” thick, solid material stile & rail frame adhered and pinned at all frame joints.
Inside profile is an ogee (¼”), while standard outside profile is our D-edge (⅛” radius). Other outside edge profiles offered without a premium.
Hardwood doors have a ⅜” thick solid laminated wood flat center panel (reverse raised). Paint on Maple door styles have a ⅜” thick MDF center panel for optimal performance.
